Registration Agreement

Before Your Visit:

Schedule a temperament test. First-time guests need to schedule a 5-hour temperament test to help your dog(s) get acclimated to daycare at Dogma. Following the temperament test, the first day of daycare is free!

Bring with you or fax; completed registration, daycare and vaccination requirement forms. Comfort and safety are essential. Please make sure your pets are up to date on vaccinations.

Relax. Dogma is your pet’s home away from home! Certified pet care technicians will ensure that your pet thrives during their stay.

Please note: The front desk will be closed for daycare pick-up and drop-off on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New years.
